My husband & I got married May 17, 2006, found out I was pregnant in June & we separated in July due to major marital issues. I still have yet to divorce him do to lack of funds & still see my in-laws every Sunday; however, he sees our son MAYBE once every 2 months and hasn't helped me financial since I was 3 months pregnant. Our son has health issues that I am dealing with by myself with no support from him. He's been in & out of the hospital since he was born & his father didn't even bother to ask why he was there or if he was ok! I am looking to divorce my husband in the very near future which brings me to my inquiry for advice, because he isn't helping me with my son at all, rarely sees him & there are major issues which makes it so that I don't want him to take our son by himself I need some advice on what I should do. should I file for child support with the divorce knowing he can't afford it or should I ask him to sign over his parental rights because he doesn't see him anyway!?

We already have cut our guest list ALOT. We have come to a number of 140 people. 70 for both sides. This is pretty reasonable considering we have LARGE families. I have 13 immediate cousins, whom I'm all close with. Nearly half are married or in serious relationships. So, for them alone I'll be inviting........20-22 people. Not including my parents, my siblings and dates, my aunts and uncles, grandparents.....plus I do want some friend there.

It's the same for this family. We are only inviting people we are close to. However, we are close to a LOT of people.

So, far we have we have 10K saved for our reception. But, with 140 people....we will need at least another 3K to make the costs. The reception is very cheap for our area (city area) $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Good package too, lots of food/bar I've already factored in the initial $500 deposit too.

So, what to do? I'm sort 3K for the reception. But, I can't cut the list anymore.

My ex broke up with me (it'll be a week this coming Tuesday) but I am still so much in love with him. We've been talking on and off on the internet and now I haven't heard from him in almost these past 2 days. I've been talking to his friends and now they won't answer my ims. I'm worried he's telling them not to talk to me...
I really want him back...I feel like he's the one...I've im'd him with talking over coffee and just being face to face and haven't gotten any replies...I'm thinking of calling him just to see how he's doing...Is it wrong that I want to see how he's doing? This is what I typed to him today: ...i just wanna say that I really want to keep you as a friend...i love you and still care alot about you...i think us staying friends is the first step is overcoming what happened between us and starting off fresh.

He's told me he misses me and wants to be close to me...so then why is he trying to push me away? (i feel he's trying to push me away)

Please help...

My son plays baseball and my husband is one of the coaches. There is a dad of one of the boys on the team that I have to admit I am physically attracted to. He calls me at least every other day and talks baseball sometimes for 45 min. or more. He has never really said anything inappropriate but he has said, "My wife and your husband are going to think we have something going on as much as we talk on the phone." He usually has a legitimate reason for calling but kind of drags out the conversation. I know I am probably just fantasizing about him because I am bored or something and I don't think I would ever cheat on my husband. He has never said anything that would make me think he is unhappy in his marriage either. Would a man call a woman 2-3 times a week to chat with no motive? I guess when I see his name pop up on my phone, I get excited and that scares me. What do you think?

If you unlock the door for a girl and walk to the other side of the car are you really hoping that she unlocks your door. Is that really a test?

The only reason I know that is because a guy opened my door and then I unlocked the back door for my friend. Then I get in he shuts both the doors and walks around the back. My friend starts to tell me "hurry unlock the door!" I'm like "what" quick unlock it and so I reach over and unlock it. He gets in and he is like really exicited and says "Girls don't usually do that" I reply I didn't know that your suppost too. (Joy) told me I was suppost to." I've been doing it ever since except when I forget and recently the husband told me if we were on a date I would fail. Ooops. I didn't know it was an actual test. After that incident I thought that it was just poliet.

I've had four relationships in the past year, none of them lasted more than a few weeks, and there was never any real reason for the breakup, we usually just sort of drift apart. I often receive the compliment that I am a gentleman, that I'm courteous, chivalrous, sensitive, and that I'm cute. I've always heard women/girls say that they want a gentleman, someone who will be sensitive and honest with them, unlike all the other jerks that just want to get in their pants. Granted, I did keep unnecessary things to myself, but if asked questions regarding the two of us, I tell the truth.

Basically my question is: Do girls want a guy that will have the respect for them to tell them the truth, provided that he is asked a sensible question? Or do they just want someone who will tell them what they want to hear, regardless of whether it's true or not? Personally, I'd rather be respected than have someone kiss up to me. Anyone want to make sense of this?

I'm 18, so i should be able to do this, but I've been through a lot this summer. My mom walked out, i found out i cant have kids, my sister had an abortion, I found out my step-sister hates me when she pretended to be my friend for years, i moved away from all my friends, and started college at a place i hate with the roommate from hell. I want to ask my dad if i could go into therapy just so i have someone to talk to and give me actual advice. But he's really hard to talk to . Any ideas as to how to go about it?

So my boyfriends parents separated shortly after he was born, his mother says it was because she found out that the dad may of had another son born shortly after my boyfriend. At the age of 20 my boyfriend found out that it was true. He really does have a brother out there somewhere in the world. He has an older brother that he is very close to, and neither of them want to meet him. I have been trying to convince him that he should especially considering we have children now. What do you think????

My fiance left me yesterday over hte phone. I had just come back from holidaying in Thailand and we were due to start booking upon my return. We had been together for almost four years and things were really good before I left. I moved out immediately and am camping at Mum and Dads's. Can someone tell me how to heal as I'm not angry just devastated. We have spoken about practical things like leases and credit cards etc and I have been strong but I'm crumbling on the inside. I have kept the rings as a memory and hold no grudges but I feel so lonely and upset. I don't know what to do. Someone please help.

My husband fooled on me once by having an other woman for 6 months.. they stopped when i discovered it and iam very furious that i was betrayed. But my husband is very determined to win me back and i saw all his willingness to get my forgivess in so many ways.. now, we are having a nice time and wanting to add a new baby in the family. However my doubts are always there, i cant help it. I often check on him. I can see he is a changed man after confessing his fault and wanting to start again. But i cant forget what he did to me.please help me on how to manage my doubts in a way that my husband will feel that i trust him again.. Though i trust him again but not completely. Right now, he is telling me whereever the gurl tries to call her and he ignored. Once he showed me an email from a girl begging for a time but he never answered. I love my husband and we both want each other to grow old together. My problem is how to build a trust again. Thanks for your time.

My bf broke up with me after 4 years b/c he was suddenly unhappy and I took the break up badly. I also asked him back but he told me to not have hope, he wants to be single, and told me to find another man.

I haven't contacted him since and I just want to know if he might one day call back. Trust me, I am moving on but I just want to know if other people's ex's called back or wanted them back. Has anyone experienced something similar whose ex said the exact same thing but ended up coming back? Thanks

i am really frustrated at myself right now.
i cant seem to FLIRT! Everytime a guy starts flirting with me, i accidentally push him away, because i dont know what to do or say, i just like smile and look down. i really want to flirt back to keep the conversation going, but i keep giving them the wrong message and they back off.
theres a guy i like, and he flirts with me all the time. he recently started backing off because i made him think i dont like him.
help me???? all i need to know is what to do, then i wont be so nervous.

you dont need to tell me confidence is the key, because i know that. but if i had something to be confident about like the skill to flirt, then i will be fine.

help???

When do I call? She is 35 and gave me her number last Friday, she came over on Thursday and nothing happened between us. I was thinking about making a move on her, but I didn't get the right vibe. We were talking about porn and wet dreams she has had, but we weren't talking about it for that long. Was that a sign that she likes me? She seems very friendly, so that leads me to belive she wants me. What 35 year old woman gives a 22 her number? after only knowing her for a week?

I play piano and sing quite well so i have been told. I have friend that is about to get married and he wanted me to sing his wedding vows for him, since he was really never good with expressing himself. If you are familiar with the Jamie Foxx show, he wants me to sing the "Wedding Vows" song which fits perfectly. My only objection is that, i don't feel right because I feel that it is his moment to express himself. Ladies if you were the bride, how would you feel?
