I was recently diagnosed with alopecia areata and have had steroid injection in scalp. Last night i discovered that my scalp seems to be indented right at affected spot. Can the alopecia be causing tissue death? If so what are treatments for this?

Is it possible to somehow keep in mind other perspectives and thus enhance the joy in my own life?
To me a good day is being at home with the wife. High, full, and wonderful company to boot. Now when I must drudge off to work that first day after a vacation, I can get quite fussy and grumpity, but I do it on a full belly. Whereas there are those that a good day is one good meal. So by his standard I am having a GREAT day. And then again there are those of our military who think of a good day as being one in which no one around them dies. By their standard I am sitting fat.
Perspective is a very precarious thing, dont you think?

I believe my new years resolution will have to be keeping my own discontent within a larger perspective.

I'm on the birth control pill. Tonight my bf and I had unprotected sex...I just got off my period last night. So, my theory is that even though the hormones may not have kicked in yet, since it was so soon there was no way I could have ovulated yet, therefore I'm not pregnant. Right?? I am pregnant with my second child and my hubby and i are struggling to find names to match our 4yr old daughters name.
We don't know if were having a boy or girl at this point but any suggestions would be ace.
Our 4yr old daughters name is Isabella paige.... we have discussed Marcella for a girl or Marcello for a boy but neither of us are 100% about those names!
It is our opinion that Isabella is a "princess name" with charactor, herritage and is strong...... does anyone have any suggestions on a name with these simular charactoristics that will sound great when we say the names or our children are Isabella and ."........"???

I am 19 y/o guy and in my second semester of college and never kissed or touched a girl at all. I think girls are really attractive just always to shy and no girl ever interested in me. I like many things but the one thing I have done most my life is box. I am damn good at it too when I was about 15 started sparring guys most were 40 pounds + over my weight and in there 20s. Boxing has been natural for me unlike girls. So I will probably go pro. haha so I guess I got off topic just how much I like boxing. ALright so I think its time I just gave up hope on ever finding a girl. I have never even been able to talk to girls much. I dont know I guess I was just meant to be alone. I dont know there is just a part of me that is always thinking about girls and some day getting married. I am slowly getting rid of that feeling though. NO girl has ever been interested and I think its time to just forget aboutit and move on. What do you think?????
