Well, The long and the short of it (pardon the pun) is that many of these answers are correct. In other words there are many reasons for that particular phenomenon.
1) Pretty actors cost more, so do pretty actresses, however a pretty actress brings more return than a handsome actor.
2) Average guys get a bigger thrill if they think they have the possibility of getting with a beautiful woman... so it's psychological...
3) they don't want to emasculate their consumer demographic, so they don't want the macho guys being attracted to the male actors in the film. If they were they might stop buying the porn...
However, if it bothers you, you can always do what I do and just buy Girl on Girl porn, then you don't have to worry about what the guy looks like...

From a blokes perspective as a hetero sexual if i was watching porn and found i was attracted to the actor i would instantly realise i got the wrong type of porno
