A normal day - well sort of LOL
Retail stores/shops are open - Government Departments are not, or will be very limited.

that's a holiday and government-appropriate places of work and companies (at the same time with USPS) are closed, besides as banks and the inventory marketplace. self sufficient companies (which is composed of united statesand Fed Ex) could nicely be open or closed, reckoning on the purposes of the business company proprietors.
