If you guys have any suggestions i would deeply appreciate it. I need to do it this year. can anyone suggests anything? i don't have any exercising equipment at home. i don't have enough money to join a gym or go to ymca. but i could get workout dvds from library or walk or run or do crunches and such. i don't want to cover up anymore. i want to lose those excess pounds. thank you

for about a week made myself throw up after eating, and now when i eat really fatty meals i feel guilty and throw up. I cant stop eating these meals tho because i dont no how to ask my parents if i can go on a diet or sumfin coz i dont have that good a relation ship with them. I have a BMI of 16.9 but i still feel lyk i'm really fat. heaps of the guys @ school say im fat and i believe them even tho my friends try to convince me im not.

I'm 14 1/2 years old, 6 foot 2, 140 pounds and 6% body fat. I really want to increase my vertical leap and upper body strength for basketball. I've looked at Creatine but i'm not sold on it. So whats the safest supplement or diet to build muscle?

you know whats really annoying? constantly worrying about my weight. america is obsessed with weight loss and WHY? I am too and I dont get it. I am just so AAAAAGH!!! ok this isnt really a question but whatever. I am so sick of worrying whether eating a cookie will make me gain 5 pounds. I wish I could just eat and stay the same weight or maybe I am and Im just not noticing. and people say eat healthy. salads and stuff? but whenever I eat healthy stuff like an hour later I crave something totally unhealthy! another thing that bothers me is that guys around here go for the anorexically skinny chicks. I mean Im not fat or chubby, but Im not super skinny. and yea. what is with the obsession with weight anyway? I know this isnt a blog so opinions anyone?

I weighed myself today and have gained 15 lbs in 2.5 months... That was the final straw---- rediculous!! I know its from stress and eating on the go and I ammaking my new years resolution to be healthy and I am going to do it!! I ordered the turbo jam maximum results, and bought the alli starter pack... Now, I plan on walking my dog for 30 minutes three times a week, and doing the turbo jam at least twice a week...
I'm thinking that is a great start but the food is what screws me over.. Is this good?
For Breakfast---
An orange and a sugar free carnation instant breakfast for the calcium or a bowl of special k w/ skim milk and an orange
Snack-??
Lunch-Turkey sub and what? I have to keep my fat intake at >15g a meal
Snack?
Dinner- Soup or what?

Also, I work at a smoothie shop and we sell fresh smoothies... Would it be okay to get a smoothie as one of my snacks at 200-300 calories or is that just too much?

I exercise on my power runner for 20 minutes in the morning before I eat breakfast and after dinner i exercise on my power runner for another 20 minutes is that enough? 1hour and 10 minutes? Or should I do another 20 minutes in the evening?

Say per hour, with a medium and noticeable activity level. It would help if someone could tell me how many a normal person would burn per hour while awake compared to when asleep, just an educated guess would do.

I usually do 5 sets of 25 push-ups throughout the day, and around 4 sets of 50 crunches. I also get about 12 minutes of running on a treadmill at 5 mph, and on the weekdays about 40 minutes of P.E. Is this too much? Not enough? My friend said that working out every day was bad, but is my routine even enough to be considered working out?
