Well Im 5'4 and I weight from 116-120 and I want to start moving more I've always felt better after excercising so how much cardio should I be doing each day as in how many minutes? thank you.

I am trying to stay under 140 calories for snacks. I've been eating slim fast snacks, nutri-grain bars, apples, and nuts, but I'm getting so sick of those. Any other ideas so I can stay on track.

I am 12 years old and am 5'1 and weigh 121- 125 pounds, I used to weigh 138 pounds, and lost all this weight about 4 months ago.
since i go to school i have no time to excercise and no way to do so since I can't go running by myself since it's so cold,, AND so now i need a diet plan so I can continue losing weight or at least stay my normal wight.. ANY suggestions or advise ??? thanx soo much!!

So I am a big time coffee and tea person....I want to cut down the sugar but since I atleast have 3 drinks of coffee/ tea a day...with 2 tsp of sugar in each drink...I am looking for other options I can drink ...I dont like the taste of artificial sweetners so well can ne one suggest something?

Im a 15 year old male about 5'5 and weigh around 110 lb with a body fat % of 12.5

I was wondering what i could do to achieve getting a six pack .
At the moment i have some sort of abs but mostly the top 2 and very distinctly the middle 2 but at the bottom of my stomach i do not have no distinct muscles.

I do not really have a fixed work out plan i just do it when i am bored or want to just get a six pack.

I like to eat crisps and have been told they are very bad if you eat too many i have around 3 - 4 packs a day but it does not too be affecting me.

I am very sporty and fit and also play for a football team and play tennis also like to jog.

Getting in the gym is very difficult as i am only 15 and the age limit is 16 or 17 so i will have to wail for upper class training.

I'm only a young teenager, and it's not that im overweight its just I wouldn't mind being a few pounds lighter.
How can I lose 10-15 pounds safely, and faltten my stomach without harming myself. If i work out at the gym twice a week and work out my abs everyday as well as watch what i eat and only have deserts once or twice a week. how long will it take to reach my goal?

Okay, I'm a male (5'10") who's 16 years old. I weigh 164 lbs. I'm not fat (never been called it) but I want to lose more weight so my abs can show better.

OK. I searched excersizes to get rid of love handles, and some said don't do side twists, or bends. Some said do that! I am so confused. I do not need to worry about the diet, I eat very healthy. I am 5'3 and 107. But, I have some flabish thing on my side! Please help! PLEAAASE!

I'm 19 years old and last year I lost 65 lbs setting me at probably a normal weight of 184. I want to loose a little bit more, because I still have little love handles and some fat around my stomach. everyone says jogging is the only way to get skinny legs and anything else will just build them up and give you "thunder thighs" is this really true?? they say jogging slow will burn fat and you wont use your actual muscles while running.
