You want to wait until you know for sure. I could cause undue stress on your mom.
On the other hand if you told her now she could bring you for a blood test to find out and get a gynecological exam which you need when you become sexually active.
IMO if you are not yet ready to take responsibilities for sex like a baby you shouldn't have sex . That is my opinion.

Well it depends on when this happened for you to know if you are pregnant or not. This might have been a wake up call to tell you that aren't ready for sex, or at least all the risks that come with it.
Calm down, take a deep breath, get a pregnancy test or talk to your mom, or both. and then think about if you are really ready to handle all the responabilties of having sex.

If it's been less than 72 hours since the condom broke, you should be able to get Plan B (The Morning After Pill) from a pharmacy. It should prevent an egg from being released in your body so you won't get pregnant. It can make you really sick for a day though.

Just because the condom broke, doesn't mean you will become pregnant. However, if this just happened, you should get the morning after pill, without delay. Do what you need to do, to get it, including telling your mother. Please, don't delay!
For future reference, please read the journal articles below. You will find, condoms alone, are not enough. You really need a spermicide, in addition to a condom.

sorry to be mean, but if you're not ready to deal with the consequences of a possible pregnancy....maybe you shouldn't be having sex
as to whether you should tell your mom...before you jump the gun maybe wait until you've missed your cycle(unless you already have) and then talk to her
