Well Im 5'4 and I weight from 116-120 and I want to start moving more I've always felt better after excercising so how much cardio should I be doing each day as in how many minutes? thank you.

30 minutes a day most days is the recommendation. You will get the health benefits even if you have to break it up into two 15 minute or three 10 minute sessions.

jog half an hour a day and you'll be fine
you dont need to lose weight though =)

i'd say if you eaten enough,
and had enough water, about
an hour a day is good.

you could also try strength workouts
to tone up, if that's what you're wanting.
