Alright, do Aerobic exercise (something that gets your heart rate to a specific level and keeps it there for at least 30 minutes) some good ones would be: running, jogging, walking, swimming, any sports. Things like that. Do some muscular toning in that area or all around. 1 lb of fat is equal to about 3500 calories, however, fat cannot be lost in a specific area (this is called spot reduction). As you exercise your entire body will slowly lose fat (that's why it takes so long) and doing situps will not lose stomach fat, it simply will firm up stomach muscles (so have no worries) Just keep doing aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week and you will see noticeable improvement. Good luck

What kind of exercise to decrease fat?
LOL. The kind where you move things.
The easiest exercise is walking. It burns half the calories of a vigorous workout.
The best exercise is something you enjoy; like shaking your booty to some good music.
Weight control is bone simple. To be thin you must stop eating like a fat person.
Eat moderate amounts of good food & get some daily exercize, and you will become thin.
Eat large amounts of junk food, & get no exercize, and you will become fat.
It's tragicly simple really, but people spend millions looking for a nonexistant exception.
Good Luck.
JFTR. Lost 55lbs (220 to 165) by eating moderate amounts of good food and getting a little exercize. No pills, no traumatic diets.

Try this, no gym required!
Lay on a flat floor. Face Up!
Hook your hands under something heavy like a couch or coffee table etc.
Lift your legs together in a straight vertical position. Slowly do that up to a certian point and back down to the floor.
--You can also do that and with your arms released you can pull your chest/stomach vertical along with your legs. You lift your legs up half a foot at the same time lift your shoulders/chest up half a foot.
I hope this helps!

u have to take care of ur diet too beside some exercises.
try this
1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink diet pepsi if u like, but just one glass once in a week.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
13) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.
The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour

Sit-ups would probably be your best bet.
Try twists, and lunges.
Best for belly pouch:
Get in a raised push-up position, except with your forearms on the floor.
Hold the pose with your back flat and your belly in for about one minute intervals.
Best of luck!

If its fat you want to lose, start with cardio, because where you gain it, you'll lose it if you do cardio, as the fat comes off, then start to add in sit ups. Note: By doing just sit ups, you would be just adding muscle under the fat, making that area even bigger.

Any kind of cardio for 20 minutes or more everyday would burn fat quicker. Treadmill, climber, aerobics, spinning, rollerblading, etc. get your heartrate up.
If you hate sit ups - try using those over sized exercise balls - $10 at WallyMart. It's easier and makes it kind of fun.

Spot reducing does not work, so doing nothing but sit ups won't work. Exercise the whole body. Do some aerobics-speedwalking, jogging, treadmill at quick speed, etc. Also do some anerobics-calesthenics, weight lifting, etc.

Hi,
I recommend jogging and situps.
If you don't want to diet, you can also use these pills which I have used with decent success to lose weight in the past:

Good luck.
