Well, this is what i've eaten so far:
7:30am-Shreddies with skimmed milk
10:30am-An apple
12:30pm-Nachos with cheese, jalapenos an tomato-bean sauce (600kcal approx.)
What I plan to eat:
3:30pm-an apple
6:30pm-A sandwich with spinach (cooked in oil unfortunately) on white bread (no brown left)

What shall I do as I desperately need to lose stomach fat?
Yesterday I slipped up too with a double-chocolate chip cookie.
Also, how can I lose 400 calories ASAP today? How long would it take?
Help please. How do I restrict myself?

i'm 5'4 and where size 10 cloths i weigh 127 lbs. This morning i went to the shop to but 2 kingsize bars of chocolate bars and the man looked at me (my body) like are those for you in amazement. what is that supposed to be?

I always use computers and after that I'll eat alot.

I don't take any supplements. If I do, it doesn't affect me.

I don't get much exercise, I just walk about 6000 steps a day.

What foods should I only eat And what things I should do and avoid??

i know 1g = 4cals... but should i take it more as a carb *the way it breaks down..meaning dont eat after 6pm** or a sugar where its not very good for you but you still need it??

I have noticable back fat and my thighs are more jiggly than muscly along with my butt blending in with my lower back fat. What exercises are best to getting rid of this? Also I have upper arm fat in the back near my arm pit and in the front near my armpit aswell. I'm 97 pounds and I'm 4'11, but I know that fat weighs less than muscle and that fact bothers me because I feel I have too much. What's the best way to get rid of these exercise wise along with a less fatty diet? Note - I'm not obese at all. Not even over weight, but it's all noticable.

I benched 155 and on Nov 27, I could barely put up 115. Not to mention, I probably could have benched 165-170 if I didn't burn myself out so fast. I'm on NO Xplode, Creatine, and Whey Protein. My goal was to reach 150 by dec 31 and I thought I would barely reach it by the end of the year, but I'm now way past that goal. I really surpised myself today. I know I won't continue at this rate for very long but is this bad in any way? Also, when I benched 155 I wasn't even on NO Xplode at the time.

I was looking up colon cleansing and saw some interesting pictures of what they take out of people. I eat healthy; no processed foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, and no meat. So I am wondering if I have that crap in my colon. Look it up, it so gross!

I am doing the green tea diet. I am drinking around six cups a day and have cut back on my food portions and I am eating healthier. The only think I drink is green tea and water. The thing is I recently had knee surgery and cannot do any physical activity for a while. Do you still think drinking the green tea and changing my eating habits will do anything?

alot of people are terrified of salt and sugar.
I was reading about astronautes, they was put on a strict diet 30 days before laurnching they was not allowed to eat sugar and salt free foods, so who said salt and sugar is bad.
