stop eating alot just stay under 2000 calories. I did it and probably lost about 25 pounds. also stop drinking any kind of soda diet or regular you'll lose about 5-10 just from that depending on how often you drink it.

When I wanna drop a few pounds fast, I usually do a water and juice fast for about 4 or 5 days. That is when I only dirnk water and vitamin enriched juice (low carb, low calorie, and low sugar typically) for some days. Start off slow, I usually drop some pounds quick, but once I start eating again I do a low carb diet, and exercise daily. Now I don't kill myself in the gym everydya, but I do some cardio. Cut out sweet and junk food that you dont need (they will always be there for you later on no worries) Eat healthy, fruits and veggies are great, a good salad is my favorite. Get low fat dressing (or fat free is better)
Good luck, and remember to do it the SMART way, don't starve yourself, you'll do more harm than good. Read up about the water and juice fast before you try it, get yourself informed

Here's a plan I used to lose a steady 1/2 lb a day:
Breakfast:
Smoothie consisting of 1 banana, 1/2 cup any frozen fruit, 3 ice cubes and 1/2 cup of lowfat or soy milk
Lunch:
1 serving of veggies, raw or cooked (could be salad but no dressing)
1 bowl of a good cereal like Special K or Kashi
a piece of fruit
Snack:
1 serving of veggies (I usually go with carrots)
1 rice cake spread with 1 tbsp (measure) peanut butter OR you could have a yogurt - I alternated between rice cake w/ peanut butter and yogurt
Dinner:
Whatever you want as long as it is 400 calories or less
And don't drink anything but water and sugarless tea. Don't forget at least 45 min of exercise a day.

This is a question a lot of people wonder. NEVER, I mean, NEVER, not eat anything. When you don't eat your body becomes defenseless and beings to eat itself alive. Your cells need energy in order to perform and keep you body healthy, so muscle tissue, fat, and anything else that stores energy is absorbed. You can die from this. An easy and healthier way is to make a routine plan. Eat healthy every day and jog. Do five minutes of cardio and other exercises like sit ups, pull ups, etc, every other day. On the other days do cardio for 40 minutes and the additional exercises. Take a rest like three times a week. Remember, don't starve yourself alive!

How much? Eat 6 small meals a day(healthy). Not just salads either! I don't know how many times people buy a salad, when they are trying to lose weight, but the dressing they choose has so much fat...Exercise...get enough sleep...Sex!

Or you want the quick, easy way most Americans seek.
For the first, you must diet properly, exercise regularly, and watch everything you eat and when you eat it.
For the latter, starve yourself or get lipo...

exercise and eat the right food. Non fat foods, vegetables, and drink alot of fluids. Cold water makes u feel full. don't forget to take vitamines.
