I don't have that much time to go to the gym so I was wondering if anyone knew any good workout routines to do at home. (I have a standard weightbench if any workouts involve them). Thanks!

Im very happy with my body and dont want to lose weight anywhere else exept I want my stomach to be a little more toned, including the sides or "love handles" as their called (even tho their not that big)...does crunching alone help u wit that?

my life doesn't really suck at all, but vomiting is the only way i can control my weight, and sometimes cutting makes it better too... except not really. i really hate lying to my family and everyone else, but i really don't know how to stop. every time i eat something, i feel like crap. even if it's healthy. i don't get it. i told a friend about it, only to find out she's bulemic too... so what now?

I'm not talking about going overboard with protein, Just talking about cutting out the carbs and replacing them with protein - EG: Tuna Salad instead of Tuna Sandwich.
Does increasing protein help supress appetite? When I exercise I seem to be hungry all of the time

Why is it that when i have the cold or the flu i look at myself in the mirror and notice i look like ive gain waight ? though im slim built.. but the tummy and hi[s and upper arms and neck looks big...... is this got to do something about floatation when feeling sick? if thats the case... is this normal? will it go away?

im 64kilos but i look fat when im sick... just like in a terms of... in summer which is now.. in heat summer times the body tempts to thicken more on toes and fingers during summer time... but also too with the cold and flu symtoms?

Breakfast has to be before 8, lunch has to be between 12 and 1 (any earlier and I'll probably get too hungry before dinner, too late and I won't be hungry enough for dinner and I'll start getting too hungry midday), dinner has to be between 6 and 7, and dessert should be between 8 and 9. If I know I won't have access to my kitchen or a restaurant at one of these times, I'll pack my own meal. I get extremely angry if someone wants to go to dinner at, say, 7:00 (usually the anger is internal--it's not like I yell at my friends). Also, I spend a LOT of time planning my meals. Breakfast and lunch need to be healthy and light (usually not from a restaurant); dinner is more flexible as far as content. I don't snack at all (except for dessert).

I also *have* to exercise every morning.

Most people don't mind if they miss a meal or if they eat a big lunch and aren't as hungry for dinner. I just want to know if anyone else out there shares my obsession and what "normal" people think of it.

i always get the 100% fruit juice. i know its sugary but i'm focusing on eating less junky stuff and i think a sugary but moderatly healthy drink will help, but then again it could very well just make me maintain my weight and i wanna lose weight. soooo what do you think? good or bad idea?

I am getting different answers from different sites. I would like to lose weight and am looking for the amount of calories I should be eating daily to achieve my goal of ten pounds. Then how much I should be eating to maintain that weight. I currently weigh 130 and am 5'6. I am a waitress so I am standing on my feet for 8 hours a day 4-5 days a week. I am getting different results when I enter that in as exercise. The whole 8 hours I may not be running around, but at least 5 of them I am. Looking for some professional advice here because I cannot afford to go see a nutritionist!!!
