Just wondering if my skin will definitely sag even if I'm toning and exercising through the whole period of weight loss.

If you exercise to lose the weight, you won't have saggy skin.

Unless of course you're also on a crazy diet that causes you to lose excessive weight in a short period of time......

If you shed off 0.5 -1 lb per week, then it's a safe and reasonable way to lose weight......Your 50 lbs will be gone in about a year.....

At this rate, your skin won't sag....don't worry....

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

If you are older, you have a chance of getting saggy skin if you lose the weight too fast. If you are young, you should have no problem, just lose the weight at a reasonable rate, exercise, and drink lots of water.

just use a needle to drain blood out of ur skin that way u lose body
