Why is it that when i have the cold or the flu i look at myself in the mirror and notice i look like ive gain waight ? though im slim built.. but the tummy and hi[s and upper arms and neck looks big...... is this got to do something about floatation when feeling sick? if thats the case... is this normal? will it go away?

im 64kilos but i look fat when im sick... just like in a terms of... in summer which is now.. in heat summer times the body tempts to thicken more on toes and fingers during summer time... but also too with the cold and flu symtoms?

im 26 and just see myself instantly gain waight as in fatty partsd.. this happens oftern when i have the colds or mainly flu symtems... not sure if this is normal...it puts me abit angry thinking if i should start on not eating thru days during my sickness.. just incase

Maybe you retain water/bloat when you're sick. That can give you a swollen look.

Ok your not fat. If you have flu symptoms then its probably water or bloating which is normal.

Wait a couple days and see what happens. Don't get on a diet just yet.

You should do regular physical exercises in order to boost your body's metabolism. This will not only reduce fat but will also help increasing your body resistance.
