I Started Gym activities at the age of 18, do they pose any threat for height increase ????

I am a recovering meth addict and I read about how dopemine can help in recovery but couldn't find how to get it. Is it something that is found in dietary supplements? Is it a prescription type thing? OTC? Or is it just something that my body produces and that is all there is to it?

I had other members rank me on looks and a few said i was chubby.

like I know I've gained weight. I used to weight 120lbs but now I weigh 130lbs (stupid birth control)

but if u like saw me on the street would u be like "she needs to lose weight?"

Im NOT fishing for compliments, I just wonder how others see me.

im physically weak i get tired so quickly i will affect my body structure. i face more problem in night dinner such as vomitting , no interest to eat etc..

I would be working out daily, mostly cardio, some weights, and eating healthier. I'm 18, 5'4'' and 150 pounds. Would this be possible?

I know it's not healthy to lose weight this fast, and I do not intend on obtaining an eating disorder to accomplish this fast weight loss, I just want to know if it would be possible.

I've been walking a lot with pushing the stroller in the snow and at times heavyily unplowed sidewalks and up hills and i climb 5 flights of stairs twice a day sometimes 5 days a week etc is there anything else i can do? I have lost some but want to lose more. I've had 2 c-sections.
any suggestions that i can work around the baby??

i weighed about 180 pounds a month and a half ago
and now i weigh 140 pounds im male and 5'5 or 5'4 and im 15
i eat about 1500-2000 calories a day and weight lift bout 3 or 4 times a week and i drink alot of protein shakes and eat protein bars or meal replacement bars
so
why do people say its impossible if i just did it? lol
and iknow im not loosing muscle mass cuz i can tell nothing has shrunk ive actually gotten stronger and bigger (just incase someone said that)

I'm 24 and pregnant with my first child (single mom by choice), and I am attempting to live an organic lifestyle. I'm not doing as well with it as I was prior to being pregnant, but I am curious if there are any other moms out there who feed their children only organic food. I struggle with my weight some (have been both anorexic, and then overweight at different points), and have heard that during the first few years of life your eating habits are formed, and I want my child to have an easier time with food than I've had. I just have such an unhealthy relationship with food, and don't want my child to deal with the same issues. An opinions?

HELP!
The gym that I am a member to is closing down for 3 weeks for renovations, those 3 weeks start today! I don't know how I'm going to work out at home, I have never done it before because I've been a member of this gym for so long!

The only thing I have at home is a treadmill. I don't even have free weights or anything.

What exercises can I do over the holidays to keep me in shape?

Should I lose weight: 15 yrs old, 5 foot 3 or 4, and 120lbs.
Im in track, and I know that the weight I have gained has made me stronger and faster. However, Im still a girl, and I miss looking skinny. I think losing some weight would make me feel so much better, because I feel like crap and fat right now. Should I do what makes me feel happy, or what? any suggestions on how to lose weight heathy? thanks

I recently had spinal fusion surgery and as a result was partially paralyzed from my last rib and below for a month and a half. Because of this my abdominal muscles have suffered severely. I am flexible enough to do a sit-up, but I no longer have the abdominal strength. My doctor said that a strong core is necessary to ensure healing properly, as well as less discomfort. I know that by attempting to do sit-ups, I am tightening my abdominal muscles, and they get a workout, but what are some other exercises that I could do for increasing my ab strength?
I can move my legs, but my right leg has muscle atrophy still from being paralyzed, so something like bicycle kicks is out of the question.

I am 5'3'' 118 pound. I am very higher active. I eat a lot of food. I used to eat as much as my love who is a college football player (6'3'' 225 pounds lol :)

Anyway, the problem is I always gain some weight (5-10 pounds) during the winter holidays. Then, I have to work hard to lose those weight during the spring and summer.

Please advice. How to manage my weight and my eating habbit during the winter holidays? Thank you so much.

I live in a small apartment on the 2nd floor and I'm thinking about adding some cardio into my exercise. I was wondering what would be some good machines or exercises that I could do/buy, and at the same time, not cause a lot of noise and distraction to my neighbors? I'm looking for something that's relatively inexpensive, durable, and most importantly, can provide a descent workout. Thanks!

I'm currently 15 almost 16 and I would really want to start strength training. I have some equipement (bench press and free weights) but i was wondering if you could help and give me some sort of routine to start. (Dont forget I'm 16) By the way I do not want to take steroids if that's to be in the routine!!!
So as I said, I would appreciate if you gave me a routine (training time and exercices to do in order with the equipement i mentioned before.)

Should I get an elliptical, exercise bike, or stepper? Or what?
I'm going to get moving arms with whatever I decide. Which is best for abs & legs? For $200 I don't think an elliptical will offer much resistance training.
