I'm currently 15 almost 16 and I would really want to start strength training. I have some equipement (bench press and free weights) but i was wondering if you could help and give me some sort of routine to start. (Dont forget I'm 16) By the way I do not want to take steroids if that's to be in the routine!!!
So as I said, I would appreciate if you gave me a routine (training time and exercices to do in order with the equipement i mentioned before.)

I would start out slow with a workout 3 x per week on Mon Wed Fri. Each workout you do your entire body. Start with the larger muscle groups and work down. Like Chest, Shoulders, Back and Arms...then legs last. Do about 3 exercises per body part for at least 3 sets.
For example for chest do 4 sets of flat bench, 3 sets of incline bench and then 3 sets of flies. Never do roids....eat healthy, get on a good protein supplement. This will get your body acclimated to working out. After about 2 months of that you upgrade to a split routine which would be MON TUE THU FRI and do half your body each day....good luck

Hey I am 15 and this is my workout

I do 100 pushups or 100 bicep curls on each arm with 30 lbs
I do 100 situps
I do 100 shoulder shrugs with free weights
I also do 50 deltoid exercises which I do not know the name of. I hold the weights at my side then lift them up so that my arms are straight out. I also have the weights at my side and then lift them in the air so they are sticking straight up above my head (this also strengthens deltoids)
I then do a wall sit for 2 minutes
Then I do 200 calf raises but I started at 50 and added 50 each day (I just started doing them)
