Number 1 , you don't really need to lose much weight, you're in the top end of normal. For people to notice would depend on your body fat disposition, if it's fairly evenly spread, you'd prob. have to lose about 15 lbs. to be 'noticeable', if it's concentrated predominantly one area e.g. tummy and / or hips, a weight loss of 7 or 8 lbs. would likely be noticed. its not weight that will be noticed, it's inches. You can work out and work out and gain weight in muscle but get leaner in inches. If your just doing the dieting part without working out then it will take more. Considering your at a good weight for your height, it would only be wise to, at most, lose 15 pounds. i would say ppl notice when u lose about 20 pounds but u don't need 2 lose that much i wouls say u should lose about 5 pounds and concentrate on toning your body and eat helthy which means simply sut out the junk food

Judging from experience I'd say about 10 to 20 pounds, but it really depends on who you want to notice, like people who see you everyday are going to take longer to realize your weight loss because they've adapted to how you've looked but people who haven't seen you for like a month Will be all "Whoa! you look all pertiful and skinny!.

i think the easiest place to notice it is in the face. probably only about 7 lbs. I just want to let you know that you are at a healthy BMI of 23 (normal weight is BMI of 18.5-24.9).

10 pounds is a dress size. So I would guess that at least one size clothing loss would be noticeable.
