I had my baby almost 4 months ago and trying to workout as much as i can and when i have the time. I am also breastfeeding as well. I never gained much weight (in total of 8-10lbs) during this pregnancy but it was a short pregnancy cause he was born 6 weeks early. i knew what to eat and what not to eat this time around but the first pregnancy i basically let everything go and gained alot-- it was hard to lose it .

Breastfeeding sucks that uterus back into place. The health and growth of your baby provided by your breast milk will slim you faster than anything as you are still eating for 2. Keep up the exercise and keep on nursing until at least 18 months. Believe me, you'll have thinned out nicely.

The C sections have left scars on the front of your body, no doubt. These scars will reflex to the parietal cells in your stomach that are responsible for making stomach acid. This is because the scars cause interference fields in the body's energy flow. The ancients developed an incredible system for getting rid of these interference fields relatively quickly, but they recognized the problems and solved it, using highly active clay packs.
When you do not produce enough stomach acid, your digestion becomes very poor and you will retain stored fat and not burn the fat in your body well. Additionally, if you eat the wrong kinds of fat and oils, your fat digestion will be poor and you will not be able to lose fat easily.
The Jenny Craig's, Nutrisystem's, etc. all pray on this problem by providing foods that lack good nutrients, good fats, and do cause you to lose weight, but at a huge cost to health. You will also find that when you go off those diets, you gain the weight back fairly quickly.
High carb, Low fat, no red meat diets promote hunger and are not good for you long term. Your heart even runs on fat, not carbs! There are NO cultures of vegetarians in the world that live long, healthy lives. We have not changed our genetics, but only 1%, in the last 12,000 years. Our bodies still need the same nutrients we did 12,000 years ago and in the same balances.
With our food supplies in American losing over 50% of the nutrients in the last 25 years, is it no wonder people are sick and overweight?
I suggest you purchase this book: "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, pH.D. He discusses the issue of weight and why you need fat (good fats) to lose weight. On page 140, there is a series of photographs showing a 240 pound boy that gets to a normal weight and how he did it. It is very good science.
Go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com) and call them at: (213) 320 - 1123 and talk to one of the associates there about the clay medi paks to remove the interference fields.
I would also talk to the healthline people about purchasing the following for your digestive system:
Betaine HCL -- Take 2 to 4 of these after each meal
Activator -- Take 1 to 2 of these after each meal
Quantum Digest -- Take 1 to 2 of these DURING the meal
Probiotic -- Take 1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m.
good luck

Dear friend, be careful not to have overweight during pregnancy.14 kg is enough, if so u ll lose about 5 to 7 kg when the baby is born...& the rest u can loose simply by hiking every day.Stairs r not goog for your knees & joints spcially when u r pregnant & putting weight.
I n order to have a suitable diet & not being fat :
Omit cola s & pasteries...instead get 3 glasses of fresh milk,
dates & natural nuts...omit fast foods & snacks & get fresh fruits ,soup, salad ..instead.

Diet, diet, diet. Not necessarily going on a crash diet, but adjusting your food intake to your activity level. A great website to do this is at www.mypyramidtracker.gov . I recommend a cardiovascular routine(i.e. running, rowing, boxing, etc.). As a rule of thumb, if you can sing a song while you are working out, you are not working hard enough to burn fat. This is because you are still using aerobic metabolism and you need to move into the anaerobic metabolism. Hope this helps. Feel free to email me with any further questions.
