Cravings are your body's way of letting you know what it needs to stay healthy. Your best bet is to within reason give in to your cravings to keep your body fit. Typically you will need potassium when craving bananas, but occasionally it could be for other nutrients. You could possibly be craving sugar for the sucrose (carbs).

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Is it "that time of the month"? That could cause some weird cravings. But you could also be craving what your body needs at that moment, like sugar or potassium. Or it could just be a random craving (today i craved scrambled eggs because Spongebob thought the Atlantean Amulet was an Omelette:p).

You need to rethink your choices of food as a Vegan. Maybe you are not receiving enough nutrients in your diet. And also cycling 4 hours a day is a little extreme. You may want to enlist the help of a nutrionist/dietician.

Some people believe that the body craves substances that it is missing. Excersising causes your glucose (sugar) levels to drop, and you potassium levels to drop. (bananas are high in potassium) Just a theory some people believe.

LOL at not pregnant. But maybe your body is trying to tell you something. I was craving garlic awhile back so I listened to my body and the results were good.
