i'm 17, 5'8", and am a vegetarian

I love eating eggs...I can eat like a dozen eggs a day eaily. The best part, the egg yolk!

However, I am quite inactive, though I am trying to start being active. I am also seriously overweight and my BMI is around 28 now. Therefore, I am trying to increase my activity and diet at the same time.

How many eggs should I limit myself to?

i am 17, and i write down all the food i eat everyday, i usually try to stick around 800-1100 calories a day. i dont like to eat junk food and i'm a vegetarian. sometimes i go a little crazy and eat cookies and ice cream and then i feel guilty and terriable.

I am a 21 year old New Zealand Caucasian guy. I'm 6.3" and weigh 70 Kg. For some reason I just can't gain weight despite regularly downing large Pizzas by myself and indulging in an array of fatty and healthy foods. I eat regularly and I eat a lot yet still I have not even managed to fluctuate my 70 Kg weight from anything but 70 Kg.

I do exercise by running a few kilometres once a week and lifting weights every second day but that is it. My main goal is to build muscle mass but I'm so skinny so all I can get is definition.

How can I gain weight to eventually gain muscle mass?

I lift weights for aesthetic value so i odnt want muscles that are too large or too small compared to the rest of the body,

TODAY

Breakfast: Organic yoghurt with passionfruit

Day: Homemade apricot and coconut balls
Rice crackers
Fruit

Dinner: Fresh noodles with grated carrot

And a few lollies
Thats what I had today.

Most days it is something like this

BF: Cereal and skim milk

Day: Fruit
Cheese on crackers and carrot sticks

D: Rice, chicken and vegetables

A few lollies in between

Is this ok for a 16 yr old girl? I excersise too

My husband got fat on our honeymoon, and he has put on weight again since we got back, yet he doesn't particularly care. He was quite fit and athletic previously. He admits that he has become fat and says he had never been fat before he met me but he doesn't even care about it. He is only 22. What should I do?

I usually get a Spinich Tortilla with sour cream and guacamole. Then rice, cheese, tomatoe salsa ans either white sauce, or the mojito sauce. The burritos are huge, but I usually end up eating the whole thing. I FEEL LIKE IM EATING A MILLION CALORIES!! Any one have any idea about how many calories in one?

Ok i have a few questions. 1) if i use a weight gainer from gnc, creatine, and whey protein and i hit the gym 3 times a week will i gain muscle or fat. With all 3 of these combined how much weight do you think ill gain in a month or like 2 weeks.

hay guys, my question today relates to me. I have not been to gym in a long time, and started going on monday. I have now been going for 3 days straight and working my absolute hardest, as in lifting the heaviest weights i could. Anyway long story short i am now REALY in pain, no exaduration. Think of it this way when i stand up my arms are sooo swallen from lifting that they dont lie by my body straight anymore, they are actually cured ( I I ). My upper arm looks really puffy and large. man i can barely lift my arm over my bloody head. dam it hurts!!! all over. Also my chest is all tender, hell even typing hurts.
Now my question is what can i do, i am prepiared to take medication if need be. I just am in sooo much pain, and im not usualy the type to wine. Please help, any things i can do??

my school's crosscountry team has recently ended. i really like to run, but there's no where i can really run! my parents say that running outside is really dangerous, so i can't run outside. my legs feel like jello and i didnt work them for a long time. is there a way to workout my legs daily inside the house without running? i don't want bulky legs, but lean legs that runners usually have.

Haha, yesterday my girl friends mentioned something quite funny to me. One asked my how to lose weight, and then another immediately popped in the question: does crying make you lose weight?
She's been under a lot of stress so I told her that stress won't get her any fatter, and that she's not fat.

I've been a whooping 5 days on atkins and I feel sick to my stomach I cannot fathom another piece of meat or eggs again. Are there any low carb diets out there that doesnt use as much meat and eggs and butter and oil?? ARGH sick I'm gonna barf just thinking about it.

Anyway. So, I have to lose 180 pounds to be at my goal weight, I know, it's alot.

I exercise but that is not the problem, i am going back to work in february (on mat leave) christmas is in a couple weeks and I am thinking going on a diet after the holidays.


I have found it impossible to cut out nuts even for 2 weeks on Atkins, any suggestions as to which diet I should read about?
Low carb, veggies, but not with so much fat??

I am reading about the south beach diet but it seems complicated with portions, and one day you can have eggs and not the other.

What do you suggest?
