It's good to see young people taking responsibility for their health, kudos to you!
You can eat pretty much anything, as long as it's healthy. I'm afraid that junk food is going to have to be a rare treat only - so cut back drastically on burgers, chips (French fries), onion rings, sausages, anything deep-fried, including noodles, and Mars bars (a delicacy in Scotland, by the way. But this is the country that brought us haggis.)
You also need to watch your intake of full-fat milk, and go very easy on butter and cream, only have these occasionally. Likewise cream cheese - and do not be fooled by a 'low-fat' label. Cheese like cheddar is okay, but only in small amounts, and not every day.
Fill up on vegetables, either cooked or raw. You can have 2 potatoes (boiled or steamed) with your meal (you're 13 and still growing so you should NOT cut out vital carbohydrates and protein) and instead of butter you could try mustard or mustard oil (which I got in an Asian foodstore here in Ireland and tried over my spuds for the first time last night, it was delicious). This is fine with other steamed or boiled veg (done for less than 15 minutes, do not overcook) and a piece of chicken, fish, or other meat, but try to keep it lean. Pasta is fine, just keep it under 100g of uncooked pasta for every portion. Same with rice, millet, couscous, quinoa, all those very healthy grains.
Breakfast: Should be some kind of cereal, personally I don't eat the likes of manufactured cereals like Bran Flakes because I have a funny reaction to them, but whatever you find tasty. Weetabix or Oatabix is good, you can add banana, fruit, honey, raisins, nuts, etc, as well as milk or yoghurt. Likewise porridge - which can be cooked in a microwave. Muesli is also nice, either with milk or a couple of spoons sprinkled on yoghurt. You can also have a boiled egg for breakfast too, especially if you think it's going to be a long morning. No butter in that egg though.
Foods to have only occasionally: butter, cream, mayonaisse (so watch out for this with the coleslaw some restaurants serve), full-fat cream cheese, cakes (you can treat yourself once a week, eat it slowly and savour every mouthful), chips, burgers, sausages, fatty meat like rashers or lamb ...
