I know exactly what you mean, it's probably the artificial sweetener that they put into it. I eventually switched over to Whey sweetened with fructose which is also healthier. In the meantime try putting fruit and/or a spoon of honey into it. And next time try the Vanilla flavored Whey without artificial sweetener.

OK! i had the exact same problem, about 4 months ago i started buying 100% Whey Protein and it was... NASTY! but all i did was "spice-it-up" throw a banana in there! and if you really want it to taste good, throw some other fruits in there, such as blueberries, strawberries, anything of that sort!

its always tasted good for me! another thing you can try to drown out that nasty taste is to throw tons of ice in there, ice makes the smoothie thick and delicious but it also drowns out the nasty flavor!

so a mixture of a banana, fruits, and ice in your shake should do the trick! if "other fruits" are too much, then just use the banana! its healthy, High in potassium which helps in blood pressure! so you honestly CANNOT go wrong with bananas! enjoy your shakes. i hope i proved some help to you!

Don't make it so thick. Add more liquid into the mix. Also, add ice to the blender to make ice chips, don't forget to add some banana and strawberries. They will help with the taste. Try another flavor next time. I personally use Optimal Nutrition Strawberry Flavor Whey Protein. I like it. If you're new to this, it will take time for you to get used to it. Don't give up!

you can try adding some fruit .. i like strawberries in mine. you can buy them frozen, theyre cheaper and you can just throw them in there and it keeps the shake nice and cold. yumm. dont add any more sugar, itll just make it disguisting and overly sweet!

try making your own shakes at home, google some recipes, theres a lot of good stuff out there and then you wouldnt be stuck with that nasty chocolate taste.

banana and add some honey hell that makes anything good

stay away from vanilla extract as its really powerfull and easy to put too much in making it taste even worse.

Maybe some cinnamon too if you like that, any fresh fruits or frozen fruits would make it more like a smoothie keep in mind.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back with regard to seconds. But hang on! Stop for just a minute and suck on a supplementary strong mint. The flavour may put you off that next plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abdominal muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.
