My chest is very big - 34D
however my body is a UK size 6.
I hate having a big chest, however im too young for surgery and i dont want it.
i am worried if i continue dieting ill look even more out of proportion.
Also, this will affect my career (ballet), so i cannot just 'accept me for who i am'.
how can i make my chest drop at least to a C ??

so last night i was sick so i slept with a heating pad on my stomach all night.
i woke up this morning and my stomach looks a little thinner.
weight loss or coincidence?!
and don't say that my stomach just "sweat it off", lol, because i don't think my stomach sweat at all during the night.

i'm hardly eating anything during the day! i have like a madirin orange for breakfast, and a few crackers for lunch! for dinner, i eat only a little less than i usually do. I'm not anorexic, in fact, i think i'm WAY WAY too skinny. But i'm just not hungry! any idea why i might not be very hungry lately?

i am a freshman in highschool and i have been working out for a while for three hours at a time. i also go to basbeball practice and i am very active. lately i have noticed that i have the first four visible abs in my six pack but the bottom i just cant get. i have noticed that the bottom is hard and flexed 24/7 and i do 100+ cruches a night. i have bearilty any fat that is grabable on the lower stomach but it sticks out and isnt inform with the other abs? please help, BEST ANSWER

So I began losing weight back in April by doing cardio to get the initial fatoff. My muscles looked good with great tone. I then started lifting weights to strengthen my muscles but now I have big bulky muslcels in my legs and arms. What can I do to make them more lean and long?

i have a friend who's roughly about 6'0 but weighs 223 lbs. He used to weigh 280. It's not muscle, he's just chunky/fat. For me simply being overweight (5'11 at 190lbs) has given me so much health trouble but for him, he claims he is perfectly healthy through his bloodwork results. Now for me I have recently lost weight back to my healthy ideal while he's still obese. I'd like to ask how is it possible to be that fat and have a perfectly healthy bloodwork (good cholesterol and liver) but for me just being overweight has given me fatty liver with inflammation and just bad health. He thinks he's invincible, that he'll never get diseases from his obesity because he's perfectly fine now at 26...is that true? Can being fat put you at risk for disease in the future even though you're fine now? Why is it that he can be fat and be "fine" as he claims but I can't?

Im just curious to why big people give up so easy when it comes to diets and exercise? Acually a guy posted a question asking would you date a fat guy and most women answered "oh yes as long as his personality is good its not all about looks"! Personally i belive that to be bs. I have nothing against fat people and i have big friends i just would never date a bigger person. I find most bigger people to have alot of excuses to why they cant exercise and consider a diet a #1 supersize fries with a "diet coke"! ? Ive tried numerous times to have couple of my bigger friends workout with me and i tried helping them out but next thing i hear is an excuse! Im in shape yet everyday i workout and eat healthy and im not fat i dont need to workout but i still do. It bothers me cause two big people get married or have a child and pass on their bad habits to their children and the poor kid has to suffer. I think america society caters to bigger people and only encourge bad health!

As the days go by I feel that I am getting bigger and bigger. I need to lose weight fast before I get really unhealthy. With all the food that my mom keeps in the kitchen it is really hard to do that. How can I get my mind in the right place. Or what easy excersies can I do that really work. Please help.

I am 280 lbs and I am very flabby i want to lose weight and tone up but i need a start up I bought the Speacial K cereal but the berries makes it tastes horrible i guess because they are dried and bitter, I lost 63 lbs last year but gained it all back plus more this year, I was taking a diet pill. I am very fabby and I have back fat I want to get rid of this, I have been feeling unattractive lately and I am feel even more insecure of my self! can someone PLEASE help me, or give me some type of advice I would very very appreciative of all comments! I want to do this more for health reasons( high blood pressure, potential diabetic, very lazy and sleep) and I dont want to be this monster I see when I get undress! Even with clothes on I want to stay in the house so no one see me.

what can cause low iron and folate levels other than diet?
My tests came back with very low iron and folate even though my diet hasnt changed(if anything I ve been eating better over last few months) even though a few months ago my tests came back normal, and a year ago, normal as well. Dr says she's suprised at how low they are, ive started to take supplements but feel I eat ok as it is?
Can they get that low in that short of time?

My doctor's office sees patients between the hours of 8:30 and 3:45...last patient always seen no later than 3:45...well during those times I'm always either commuting to work or at work and don't have a lot of time I can take off. Don't most doctors see their last patient at 4:15 or later?

you can see all of my collar bone, and my spine from my neck and to about the middle of my back, i dont know weather i need to loose more? is 102 lbs fat for my hight and age, but is 99lbs? underweight?

Granted I have not dieted, but I am no trying to lose weight I just don't want to keep gaining. I was 173.4lbs then I was went to 174.6 and today I am at 175.6
I joined the gym on the 21 of November. Why could I be gaining? My diet has not changed.
