I cant seem to be getting good sleep... yesterday i woke up at 6am to go walking and had only gotten about 3 hrs of sleep. This morning i was lucky to even catch 20 minutes of sleep.. im about to go for my morning walk.. is this bad? Should i get sleep first or does it even matter? How much sleep should i be getting anyways??? Im 20yrs old.....

I enjoy running but i keep getting a bad back afterwards, at the base of my spine area(small of back). I even stopped running for two months and have now started again but it appears the problem is coming back. I wear good comfortable running shoes, run on good surface, and dont say anything about doctor i tried that and he looked at me as if i was lying. Any ideas of what could cause this and how i can heal it?

is it possible to gain 40 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks? my friend said she shot up from 132 to 170 in 1 and 1/2 week, since her brother died. is this possible? (I haven't seen her yet, I think shes exxaggerating).

I am 22 yr old female and I always feel tired, not sleepy but like de-energized. People always mention on how tired I look, or unmotivated....... and Im getting tired of it. I work out everyday and I eat healthy, and I sleep 7-8 hours a day. What am I doing wrong or what can I do or take to have more energy??

I notice that in areas of the country where people exercize more ,for example near the ski mountains, there seems to be much fewer people with "gland problems" or a "fat genes". I also notice that there are far fewer people with these "medical conditions" in foreign countries where they eat healthier and in more moderate amounts.

I have really wanted to change my diet and turn to being a vegitarian. I have struggled with my weight all my life and I have a tendancy to turn to food when I am lonely or bored. I can't get pass the cravings of sweets and stuff that is bad for you. HELP!!!

My friend redprincessqt@yahoo.com NEVER has an appetite to eat. soometimes she forgets to eat and her parents have to remind her and get on her case about it. All she ever does is drink water, more water and more and more. She'll drink like a galoon in1 hour. I was @ her house yeaterday and I timed her without knowing and she really did! I bet you that she's drinking water right now. May b u can e-mail her with something incouraging? please, all she ever worries about is drinking her presious water!

I am 13 yrs old, 5'2 and 98 pounds. Everbody says I'm skinny but what they don't see is that I have some fatty body parts that needs to be worked on (eg. waistline; used to be 24 inches; now 27). For short, I have gained weight.

I do exercise 6 times a week (pilates & cardio), 60-120 hours per session. I just wanted to ask how often should I exercise with my case for faster results.

my nephew is turning 16 july the 18th his dad( my brother) and his step mom are haveing him a party at the city pool.. i know this dont sound right but i want to lok good at it i homeschool and some guys my age will be there from the high school football team and i want to show off a lil well at least get noticed in a good way..
i am 5'5" i weigh 172 lbs jean size 12 and shirt size med. i have a lil belly and i wanna know a way i can work it off before the party. also a good bdaypresent for my nephew lol 2 birds wiht one stone aint bad lol
