Wrist curls/extension and grip exercises. Your forearms are also worked during any exercise in which your grip supports the weight being lifted, ie deadlifts.

Buy yourself a wrist roller. It is great for the extensors and can be purchased quite cheaply. Wrist curls are great for the flexors. Iron minds sells captains of crunch hand grippers .( If you want to go to the extreme.) Hammer curls with develop the brachioradialis muscle. Good luck!!!!If you use a wrist roller make sure to keep your arms at your side otherwise it becomes a poor deltoid exercise.

LOL. Actually, there are many muscles in your forearm. "Flexor" and "etensor" simply refers to the general action of the muscle on its target structure.

Gripping exercises work great. Regular 'ole curls work as well. Also, forearm curl will get you that delectable burn!

You can do wrist curls by placing your arm on your bent leg/knee and with your wrist hanging over, flex and release with a light weight. The best thing is to attach a weight to a thin rope and attach that to a stick (i.e., broom handle cut down). Twist the stick until the weight reaches the end of its rope and twist it back up to the stick.

There is a lift (unsure of its name) where you attach a weight to a rope and the rope to a small bar to hold. You hold the bar with your arms locked out in front of you and role up the rope. By doing this the weight rises, and as it rises your forarms will sting like a mofo.
