i watch what i eat. sometimes feels like im starving. i hav etried so many things. its depressing. i work nights and am on my feet the whole 8 hour shift. still my weight goes up. any help would be so appreciated.

i must be taking in abt. 7-8 cups and every cup is so strong the aroma seems to latch on to my clothes. the problem is i don't get the kick i usually get. is there such a thing as caffeine tolerance? Rather than be awake, i get even sleepier. i exercise regularly and am healthy. but what could be goin on?

I'm 15 and have gained a lot of weight this year - 10 kgs, to be exact. I need to lose the 10 kgs. My family is behind me all the way. However, I seem to overeat on EVERY occasion. I thought I had it under control once, but it all came back. I eat healthy stuff, like a lot of wholewheat bread, rice, noodles, etc. Also, if I don't overeat that day, I feel weird. I'm losing control and I dont feel good about anything, not even my studies. I can barely fit into my school uniform now. I want to do such a lot of things and have a really good figure, but everytime I overeat or look into the mirror, I feel so sad that I just wanna run away from everything.
1 more question: How can I get flatter abs, thighs and bum?

I am 5'7 and weigh 225. I know I won't be up for all the walking, stair climbing, etc..if I don't drop at least 10-15 lbs. Prob is I have the willpower of a marshmallow...but I must do this! It's waaay too hot to go out and walk or exercise where I live. Atkins makes me sick. Any ideas?

I'm thinking of going on the Jenny Craig Diet. Has anyone done it before and did you reach your goal in losing weight and is the food worth the price. I plan to look good this summer and I want to do the Jenny Craig plan. I think Kirsty Alley looks Awesome!!

ok, i eat these hot cheetos and i forgot i was allergic and i knew my stomach was gonna hurt really bad and have really bad cramps, so i toke Pepto-Bismol so i won't have cramps and i forgot that it also makes you not poop!!!!! and I'm on a diet and worked so hard in exersising and didn't eat a lot and gained 2 pounds instead of losing them!!!! im so not eating hot cheetos and not taking peto-bismol but will my weight go normal like it used to be???? help!!??? i need to lose weight fast!!!! this has been 2 day's.

i love exercise and i do everything such as steping 40 minutes, running for 5 miles, weight lifting, Tae Bo, yoga....ect but in order to do them i have to have proper food.
But when i try to get a diet, i can not workout, i am very weak and don't have energy. what do i do to have both (diet and exercise)at the same time.
Please let me know how i can have both at the same time

watermelons...i cant stop eating them...its like the only fruit i eat...its like im adicted to it...
did the farmer put drugs init?!wait...no...then you alll should be adicted to eat....or is it just me....i finish 4 watermelons in less then a week....do watermelons make you fat?!
