I'm 15 and have gained a lot of weight this year - 10 kgs, to be exact. I need to lose the 10 kgs. My family is behind me all the way. However, I seem to overeat on EVERY occasion. I thought I had it under control once, but it all came back. I eat healthy stuff, like a lot of wholewheat bread, rice, noodles, etc. Also, if I don't overeat that day, I feel weird. I'm losing control and I dont feel good about anything, not even my studies. I can barely fit into my school uniform now. I want to do such a lot of things and have a really good figure, but everytime I overeat or look into the mirror, I feel so sad that I just wanna run away from everything.
1 more question: How can I get flatter abs, thighs and bum?
