take a day off between resistance exercises of the same muscle group - in other words you can do resistance (strength training, like weights) every day if you alternate muscle groups.

get a pedometer and word up to walking at least 10,000 steps a day.

short bursts of increased activity (higher speed, hills) in a cardio routine help burn fat

do something for your aerobic fitness, strength, and flexibility, these are the three components of fitness

working out first thing in the morning, especially on an empty stomach, revs your metabolism.

eat six small meals a day, each equal to 1-2 times the size of your fist

spicy foods stimulate nerves in your mouth and stomach and help you feel full.

foods with high water content and whole grains will also fill you up and keep you from feeling deprived

chewing each bite 30 times slows down you're eating and you'll take in less before you feel full.

eat less if you have a weight problem and exercise doing whatever you feel you are able to do without damaging your body.it is the only body you will ever have.getting your heart rate to the exact calorie burning rate is essential for losing weight and overall fitness. if your in your mid 20s a good heart rate is 130-40 beats per minute but the older you get the slower the heart rate.dont push to hard when you first start out. remember to stretch those leg muscles to prevent damage to those muscles and to prevent cramps.
