Just an extra 10-15 pounds fast?

Exercise and drink plenty of water. Try to cut out bad food, but you don't have to go on a diet. Just get plenty of cardio work and you will be sweating those pounds off easily.

Stopped eatting out of boredom. I ask myself before i go and grab some chow , if i am actually hungry or if i am bored. Alot of the times, i am not hungry. Dropped about 48lbs that way, and now am a size 5/6

run through your whole neighborhood for an hour and drink water eat salad yougurt nothing sweet nothing greasy and on the water drink 64 ounces of it do palates and excercise yoga and i heard this on E! to get movie star thin theres this video with Carmen Electra doing her excercise
