I am female 27 yrs old...a G.P and i have to study near 7 hrs per day and when i am at work i just sit at my desk and visit patients...every month i run for 20 days 1 to 2 hrs per day(i love running)...My problem is i cant control myself ab eating...i dont eat so much but not good things...like icecream...chips...and bread...i am 160 cm and 58 kgs ...i ve never can become less than 53 kgs (with hard diets)...now i am looking for a way to lose this 8 kgs and become 50 kgs....i dont have any past medical history....give me some advice ab nutrition..sports and .....for losing these kgs...many tnx

Spent the day with a friend. She managed to eat, ceral for breaksfast, lasagne at lunch, plus her meal at dinner. We brought large chocolate cheesecake, she just finished eating half of that today. Does she have a problem?

It seems every time my girlfriend goes for a 20-40min run she gets a bad headache shortly afterwards. She stays well hydrated before and after her run and keeps her electrolytes up by drinking Gatorade. Sometimes the headache is so bad it makes her vomit and keeps her bedridden. What's going on? How can she keep this from happening?

i am 90 lbs overweight and just recently started exercising i walk 2 miles every morning and do sit ups at night i am losing 1lb daily, i know this will slow down but how long will it take to start slowing down? I know this is alot of questions to answer.

I completely understand that some people are not being truthful about their ages on this thing. But, in the diet/fitness category it baffles me that so many people asking for help to lose weight are under the age of 17.

Maybe, I'm a little out of touch because I just don't deal with children and teens.....but is it becoming that much of a problem that 12yr olds feel they are too fat? They are so worried about their image. Where do they get this from?? Who in the world are they comparing themselves to.

What happened to self-esteem? I feel sorry for them.
