tone the muscle with striength training, mantain but don't build if you don't want more muscle eat more protien and less fats and carbs. Make sure you take a good vitamin supplement I'd reccomend crunches or situps for tummy legs toned would be leg lifts the straight up ones on your side and the ones where you put your food over our leg and lift up and do the inside of the leg. Squats, also for lower abdomen take your legs, cross them and slowly lower then down hover over gound and lift them back up make sure they are straight out. thoes exercises where you are on all fours legs out to the side you can lift them out to the back out to the side.

Having done almost every type of workout that exists, I feel the best way to get results in those areas is a treadmill (slow jog), stair stepper, etc., similar exercise equipment. A tip...find a few different exercises for your problem areas and switch up once in a while so you don't get bored and quit.

Situps for tummy, and squats for butt and legs- at rowing we got up to 400 squats in 10 minutes!!!

doggy lifts(believe me or not, its where you get on all fours and lift each of your legs(seperatly) like how a dog pees(try it 20x)
thats for a fim butt
and for a flat tummy, sit ups
and for tone legs, swimming works
