Healthy weight loss is never quick. If you lose weight too fast, you will regain all of it and then some. You should never lose more than 2 pounds per week. You haven't said...how much weight do you want to lose?
Avoid fried, fatty foods. Stick with lots of vegies and fresh fruit. Avoid regular sodas and fast foods. Drink lots of water and be sure to exercise at least 3 times a week. Eat smaller meals (smaller portions) but eat something every 3 hours to prevent hunger pangs..for example: breakfast, snack (piece of fruit), lunch, snack (piece of fruit or fresh vegies), dinner, snack.

Belive me, there is no quick way to loose weight in a healthy way. All the short cuts lead you to in entangles.
So rely on gradual weght reduction by the work out and right diet. You can rely on calisthenics with weight training. Or alternate days yoga with moderate weight taraining. Or whatever forms of work out which ensures the after burn more.
Have a great health.

I believe if you can do a combination diet of a 1500-1800 calorie diet low carb NOT no carb but low carb it can be done. Not so much as a "DIET" but developing a healthy way of eating. 1500 cal is sufficient but 1800 is more than enough. I have done this and it has shown promising results by doing this..... cut off the bread and pasta's high in starch now if you cannot(feel that it is impossible at this time), cut your serving's in 1/2. NO! fried foods NO! pop NO! sugar now if you want to sweet'n something use honey cut all the junk out period or (feel that it is impossible at this time) when comes to cake and cookeis cut it down to 1/2 of the serving, and eating every 3 hrs breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack so by the time you quit eating it is 3 hrs before bed but when you get the menu you will see what I mean.Oh even at the times you may not want a snack eat it anyway. this keeps your matabolism on point. Water water water and more water. If you can exercise or walk as much as you can. Oh I just found this out also you know how you may feel hungry and you eat a snack but you still feel hungry wait 15 min's because it takes that amount of time for your stomach to register to your brain that it is not not hungry anymore. try this and tell me if it works for you. but 1st cusult your your doctor well you should and she/he can give you a 1500-1800 cal list of foods you should be eating. I dont know if sugar or sweets is your thing but it takes at least 30 days for it to be out of your system so while your trying to kick the habit your body will crave it so you might have to junk it all together far as the cakes and cookies pies and twix well you get the point.
Hope this helps you, God Bless
Oh and I forgot to say oh please do exersice much cardio as possible something like arobics, dancing, dvds such as tae-bo or turbo jam but much cardio as possible 30min's day and evening. but this works along with it.... PRAYER especially when we don think we can make it through

you are probably already hot and dont need to lose weight
focus on getting more toned
do some light weights or pilates 3 times a week and for another 3 times a week walk, swim, cycle or jog for 30 minutes
eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones - in each meal include some protein like fish, chicken, meat, low fat dairy and some veges or fruit (at least 2 at each meal) and you can have some cereal, bread or pasta too
drink 12 glasses of water a day - dont drink soda - avoid sugars, sweets and too much fat
with these simple things give yourself 3 months and you wont look hot you will look scorching!!!

Eat a balanced diet with all the food groups, avoid foods high in fats and sugars. Watch your portions. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day - the more the better because it keeps you from being hungry. Get 30 minutes of exercise, minimum each day. Cardio is best for starting out because it burns the calories. Toning is better once you have gotten a good start.

Exercise, drink water instead of soda pop, juice and milk, eat 6 small meals a day, more green vegtables the better. This is the safest and the fastest way, but everything still takes time.

i lost 60 lbs in about 9 months after decreasing foods that contained dairy products ie...whey, milk, ect, you would be suprised how much healthier your selections are when you stay away from stuff that has milk in it...it forces you to eat less processed foods, and most of the "extras" that we love to eat, or add to other foods like sour cream, real butter, milk itself, cheese, cream cheese, ect...those are all fairly high in fat, so not allowing yourself to eat them (especially if that is your weakness) would help you lose wieght. make sure to compensate with a calcium supliment when decreasing or deleating dairy p[roducts from your diet

You have to drink lots of water. Also, you must have breakfast every morning. This will increase your metabolic rate for the rest of the day. Good luck!
