man i think im fat i have fat people calling me fat sometimes i can even brake a chair if i hit it sitting hard enough am i to big? and why r people nice to me but call me obese and an ubsurd waste of space i mean i only weigh 246

For the last approx. 3 1/2 weeks, I have been reguarly walking/speed walking on the treadmill. I haven't been focusing on speed too much, just timing the walk (30 minutes). I have been watching what I eat... cutting out a lot of sugar (even switched to Equal in my coffee) and trying to avoid saturated fats.

My question is this... how long should it take of this committed exercise routine before I start to see results? My impatience has caused quite a few failed diets and I don't want that to happen this time... I'm looking to tone up my thighs and burn a bit of fat... Any suggestions that will help me are greatly appreciated. =)

i did these crunches 5 minutes for the first three days (like first time) and i got this pain in my back and in my upper abdomen and im a little worried

is this suppose to hurt? am i suppose to stop doing crunches?

I am so embarrised about this that i don't like to go to the beach,change in the locker room at school,swimming in my pool, or even looking in the mirror at my self. And i have really bad self esteem so that makes it even worse. please help.

We are very lucky here if for one week, the sun will shine straight for 3 days, even during summer time. I would rather walk outside than use a tread mill. But it always rains here. Which would you recommend motorized or manual tread mill?
