Fibre One cereal has a lot of fibre in it, that's for sure.

There are many cereals that are high in fiber (e.g., AllBran, oatmeal). So are most vegetables (beans and Chinese vegetables in particular) and fruits. If you're trying to increase your fiber intake, look for products made from whole grains rather than processed white flour.

Whole grain pasta, rice, and breads. Fruits and vegetables are naturally high in fiber. Apple (eaten with skin) have the highest amount. Try eating more legumes, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables.
