can i just stop eating?

Stopping eating will just sabotage your weightloss desire. If you stop eating your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down. If you cut out all refined sugars and white flours, and drink lots of water, you will be stunned at the weight you can lose. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit, rice instead of pasta, and use honey or sugar free jello when you feel you have to have something sweet. Don't eat anything fried. Do not drink sodas. Drink water. Eat a little bit of cheese but don't overdo. Count calories and try to stay at about 1200 a day. Just be sensible about your choices. And excercise sensibly as well. Walking is a great form of excercise.

No, you don't want to stop eating, this way you'll be really tired and weak.
Do this, cut back on these things, cut in half what you eat of them: cheeses, fast foods, sweet treats, soft drinks. Start eating alot of fruit and veggies. For lunches have some subway or deli sandwiches, for dinners you can get the frozen dinners, weight watchers, healthy choice, etc. Eat some breakfast too! Just by watching what you eat, you'll lose.
For exercise, you can go for a 30 minute walk every day, 6 days a week, this will help you to burn alot of calories and fat. Or get a dvd online kickboxing, tae bo, something to make you move to burn the fat. Hope this helps some....

It isn't healthy to lose 20 lbs. in 2 months. You're supposed to lose 1 to 2 lbs. per week. That is 16 lbs. in 2 months - max! And if you want to lose weight, don't stop eating. Eat a healthy diet and workout 3 to 5 times a week.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Its easy just do lot of exercise. Taker for 2 hours work out every day on the Gym and do lot of floor execercise. You would lose within a month. - And Do not eat Chocloate, drink cooldrink.

Sure, if you want to DIE! There is no healthy way to loose that much weight that quick. If it's important to you to loose weight then start a fitness plan, don't just stop eating. You can cause major damage to your body by doing that.

IF YOU STOP EATING THEN WHEN YOU START BACK EATING YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT FASTER AND EASIER. DO THIS: DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. IT CURVES YOUR APPETITE AND FLUSHES OUT FAT. EAT YOUR REGULAR MEALS JUST SMALLER PORTIONS,CUT OUT SWEETS COMPLETELY! EXCERCISE EXCERCISE EXCERCISE I DON'T KNOW ABOUT 20 POUNDS BUT ABOUT 15 IF YOU ARE REALLY STRICT. THEN AGAIN YOU MAY BE ABLE TO LOSE THAT ABOUT IF YOU WORK HARD AT IT.

you should get in more activities like basketball or a camp or go running, you should do daily workouts,eat healthy( drink lots of water, eat fruit eat protein

You don't actually need to, what you need to do is have your body however the hell you want, not skinny enough for your boyfriend or whatnot to like it.
