my mom and i are going to take, either a t'ai chi or yoga class. and my friend wants me to jion a kick-boxing class with her. Which one(s) would you choose?

It depends on what you want to develop through training. Yoga and T'ai Chi are both good for internal training (developing Chi) and kick boxing is good to imporve cardio and strength and also provides self defense training.

Well, they are all different. Yoga is for relaxation and flexibility. Tai chi improves your health and chi(internal power) and kickboxing is a cardio aerobic exerciose based in fighting techniques. Personally I would choose Tai Chi.

What are your fitness goals? Tai Chi and Yoga will be great for flexibility and overall health. Kickboxing will help you lose weight and tone up. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
