should i diet or just drink lemon with honey i also regularly go for a jog

I want to go back into the military but I have to lose my excess fat in a month, i have to lose about 30 pounds. I plan on eating salad and chicken and apples but thats it. I also planned a two a day gym visit that are about 2 hours each. Also gonna be taking diet pills. What else can I do to speed up the process? I need help!!!!!

If for some reason you dont eat for a while how long until you metabolsm would shut down? also would your body take your muscle or fat stores first? if you exercised would you be able to keep our metabolism going?

my bf thinks im fat no other person i know thinks that.. i mean my bones are practicly showing...but he says when he looks at me he feels sick just thinking about all the fat around me... he dosnt let me eat very much im only allowed to eat what he tells me to...and he makes me vomit after so i dont get fat

im having problems developing.. the rip shape of the chest area..in the middle... i know bench pressing alot doesnt work....im 5'9 tall 210 pounds..workout 3-4 times a week.. eat 4 times a day usually healthy foods, and two 12 oz. bottles of 100% whey protein shakes daily..and i done alot of pushups too..around 100-150 daily.. yet only thing getting bigger is the pecks just not getting toned inthe middle section of my chest...to make that line..

any suggestions?

I know I need to eat every couple of hours too keep from getting sluggish. Will eating too fast also bring on symptoms of hypoglycemia? Ive always been a fast eater and find it hard to slow down and am thinking this might be one of my problems. Thanks for any replies.

Also, is it bad for me to work out at night? I am 5/8 and only 130lbs, trying to gain muscle and definition, should I lift lighter weights for more reps and sets to get cut up? Thanks

I do at least 100sit-ups everyday, 60push-ups or more,

30chin-ups and run 10minutes i play soccer some times is that

enough for me to get 6 packs i just started and i am 16 years old

i work out every day for 2 hours. i eat a balance meal. i stay away from snack foods. i drink a lot of water during the day. i rarely snack between food. if i do, they are energy bars.
i try so hard, and i can't lose any weight. anybody got any good suggestions. please help, i have less hten a year to get rid of the weight.

does the chewing of chicken bones after eating have any adverse effects on the body? what kind of effects? is it in any way related to appendicitis? appart from being a source of calcium to the body what other benefit does it provide to the body?
