i did an all-fruit fast for a week. i lost weight, but my tummy looked bloated..and i didnt really get the results i was expecting. but it's a great way to flush out your system since fruit is a natural detox and cleanser.

Yes you'll lose weight. But if thats the only thing your eating you will starve to death, unless you eat a ton of them. Then you wont lose any weight. LOL.. Exercise and take vitamins if you want to lose weight. You could also end up with a eating disorder if you try to starve yourself. Try situps: maybe 30 each day. Girl push-ups or man push-ups about 30 a day. And just do jumping jacks and cardiovascular exercises for atleast 30 minutes a day.

i have never heard of this sort of diet, so i guess it may be possible. However, it doesn't seem like you'd lose much weight in only 1 week with only eating grapes. Also, it doesn't sound very healthy and may actually cause diarrhea instead. thats what you may have heard that causes the weight loss.....

No, grapes are high in sugar. Blueberries are better if you want fruit. It's better to eat vegetables and no fruit. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Yes, but when you start eating normally again you would gain more back- diets don't work! Eating a variety of foods in moderation is key. No food is complete- where would you get the nutrients that grapes don't have?

yeah you will lose weight, because too many grapes makes you go to the toilet alot. You might end up with a sore tummy and be bloated.
Best foods to eat, would be low GI and high water content vegetables and fruits. Such as celery, cucumber, apples, pears, citrus fruits, strawberries, zucchini, asparagus, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, snow peas. No beets, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, pumpkins because they are starchy and make you retain water and no capsicums, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, sprouts, beans because they are gas producing and cause upset stomach.

you will lose weight if you eat grapes with other fruits...the whole idea of eating fruit is cause they contain the nutrients that your body needs to keep running. they contain vitamins. Some foods' nutritional value are complimented or accentuated by other foods....such as: you need a fruit, veggie, and meat. you need to look at the national food guide thingy (is it a pyramid still? lol i dunno) but there's a guide that you can look over, and you should use that to proportion your food out, so it's not over the proportions your body needs to lose weight, so that you aren't gaining weight while trying to lose it.
