Being overweight has nothing to do with height anymore. It has to do with your age, your BMC (Body Mass Composition), and your height.
Consult a dietician to help you know if you are overweight.

You are definitely overweight. Your body mass index (BMI, which can be calculated by dividing your weight with the square of your height in metres) is about 28.1. A normal person's weight at your height should be about 65-70kg.
But all is not lost. You can start losing weight (about 1kg per week) by cutting down on your calorie intake per day by about 500cal. Complement this by doing aerobic exercises like brisk walking, jogging or swimming) for 20 minutes, 3 times a week. You should be able to see results within the first month itself.
However, it is best to consult your doctor before you embark on any rigorous exercises. This is to ensure that you do not get any complications from that exercise.
Persevere and you shall see a better you very soon! :)
