does the chewing of chicken bones after eating have any adverse effects on the body? what kind of effects? is it in any way related to appendicitis? appart from being a source of calcium to the body what other benefit does it provide to the body?
your knowledgeable advice will be appeciated.

I believe Glucosamine comes from chicken cartiledge and it contains sulfate that are anti-inflamatory. If you are chewing on chicken bones it is probably due to a mineral deficiency. I am not saying to stop do this but rather, consider adding minerals from other sources and see if this craving stops.

Make three glass containers of distilled water and add 12 grains of brown rice. Drink 6-8 glasses of this rice mineralized water each day and see if the cravings end.

If they do then you will have the added benefit of having a hydrated and mineralized body with little effort.

Another mineralizer is sea salt. Add this to your food and eliminate table salt.

It seems to me that you are listening to your body. Try some of these and see if your body responds.

No side affects, just added calcium. Happy chewing, been doing this for yrs.
