you;re suposed to drink 8 glasses of 8oz. water, so 64 oz....this is the right amount for all ages, increase as u get older...its good for ur skin, adn u wont have skin problems this way

no less than 6 8 ounce glaases a day(that's wut the FDA says if you want to be at the top) 8ounces is about the size of an average tall glass.
