I had a baby 10 months ago. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy. Within two weeks after giving birth I had lost 25 lbs. However, I have only lost 10 lbs since then. I still need to lose 15 lbs and have a goal of losing it by my sons 1st birthday (August 17). The problem is, I am not losing weight! I have been going to the gym and eating healthier for about two months. I haven't been as steady at going to the gym as I should be, but I try to go 3 to 4 times a week and work out for at least 40 minutes. I do cardio at the gym and I do strength training at home. (I feel self conscious using the weight machines at the gym, I know that's stupid and I need to get over it.) I have only lost 2 pounds in 2 months! I hate it... Pre-pregnancy I was 115, so that is my goal. I need an emphasis on my legs and butt. Do you have any sugestions, programs, foods to boost my metabolism, etc...that will help me lose 15 pounds in 2 months? That is realistic right? about 2 lbs per week...

i would like to lose weight before school starts agian. and i would like for people to see a change in me. i have lost 35 before i weighed 175 and now im 140 and i would like to finish what i have started... i would like to lose about 20 to 15 pounds before school starts. whats the best way??

breathing exercises. I am having a hard time finding something that works. I have been lifting weights,gazelle glider, and ballet ti chi stretching with Miranda Esmonde White (www.classicalstretch.com) for a month I feel like I have lost inches, but my weight has not changes. I am getting alittle discouraged,but I am not giving up, come across bodyflex and wonder if it worked. It is just aggravating to exercise 6 days a week 45 minutes a day and not loss anything just feel alittle bit toner. Please give advice thanks:)

Do you guys realize that most of the commonly eaten foods in todays society have been proven to cause CANCER, DIABETES, AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE!!!!. Please start making yourself aware of the foods you are eating. Foods that contain hydrogenated oil are killing us everyday. This process of making food is turning Saturated fat into Trans fat which is really bad. Too much of this food can cause artery damage. Damage to your cells and the overall health of your body. I'm getting married next summer and looking to lose weight. I know it sounds easy but all of a sudden I am STUCK. I don't know if it's because I'm concentrating on it, but my weight isn't changing. i really want to lose weight....i weigh 115 but im 5'2 im not that much over weight but i just want to lose so weight...just go get down to 98 or so...ive tryed not eating...that works and all but my dad caught me too many times and now he watches me sometimes! i got runnin sometimes and i go for long walks but it just doesnt seam like anything is workin! i even do those little work out tapes or do the show that are one tv like on Fit TV....i dont know what to do and this is the only thing that i think about! plez help!
