First off the best cardio workout lasts 20-30 minutes minimum for burning fat.30 minutes or more if you're looking for endurance.I would suggest stair stepping if you have stairs at home though that can get a little boring.Just keep stepping up and down on the bottom stair.Keep a steady pace and go for 30 minutes or more for endurance or do it for 20-30 minutes and vary your speed between medium and fast paced in about 2-3 minute spurts for burning fat.

Have you ever heard of Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds." It's a great series of cardio workouts that's as easy as taking a walk. It also incorporates some muscle toning which makes it even better. You can pick how long your workout is. A mile is 20 minutes and 2 miles takes about 30. You choose what's best for you. It doesn't take much work and you will burn fat and calories. You should check it out!

Protein shakes are good for workouts before and after, A good amount of protein will aid muscle development and strength development and also back good endurance. Whey protein shakes one before one after can be a good supplementation. It will also give your muscles more fuel to function. It is useful to use for either Cardio, or Resistance training as it will help just the same.

i suggest you go to your local hopital and ask for the cardiac rehab center , they can set up an exerise program to fit your physical conditionussally the exercies only take 25 to 45 minutes 3 times a week you can join agym or your local ymca to get access to machines . the ymca is useually a good bit cheaper, dont forget to do a wamup and a cooldown its very importent .good luck and hope this helps you.

This may sound crazy, but try cleaning your house at double speed while listening to dance music. Do 20 minutes a day and your house and body will look great

Jumping rope everyday for 30 minutes. Much better than running or jogging. You'll burn more calories.
