Turkey. Boneless, skinless, lean white turkey. Grain fed free range, hormone free, antibiotic free turkey.
Stay away from pork in ANY form or any red meats. Chicken is ok, but turkey is better. Remember, portion is where you make your big move. The most meat a human should consume in a day is the size of the palm of your hand.
However, a properly balanced vegan diet is best.
