Pills such as Centrum and Metamucil.
Sometimes I dont have time or I dont want to eat. I was wondering if I can just take pills and remain healthy instead.

No, because you are getting very little, if any, carbohydrates, fats, and protien which your body needs to survive. There are 6 classes of nutrients (Protien, fat, carb, vitamin, mineral and water) and your body needs ALL of them to be healthy.

Well, Some vitamins can cause major help health problems. Like cancer. So if I where you I'd be really careful. If you want to stay in shape try Flaxseed oil. It's a very good vitamin. Plus lots of stars take it such as LLCOOLJ and Usher and I think Janet Jackson. It really works. Try it!!!

not with centrum. They don't dissolve before they're out of your system. You need some good vitamins. Go here and check these kind out. They're the best vitamins in the world.

You can get away with it, but it'll catch up with you because it'll ruin your intestines. 3 Vit pills a day and a minimum of 3 litres of water and you can keep going for weeks. A few days is okay and probably good for you because you'll poop out a lot of chemicals (it'll smell like a chem factory), but I wouldn't recommend it any longer than that.
