No, You don't have to eat rice. Its all about eating whole foods. Its just called the Rice Diet. I'm on the rice diet and its great. Check out their web site or read the book. It is a good easy book to read.

Rice is a good addition to a diet, but it is not a good thing to eat rice only and nothing else. Rice does not have all the nutrients that are necessary for human nutrition, far from it - it is missing a buncha vitamins, minerals, and certain types of protein, and fats....not a good idea.

The Duke Rice Diet, was invented by Doctor Walter Kempner. This diet is a very low protein, no salt approach to dieting. You eat very little food, and the food you do eat, consists of scoped white rice, and fruit. I wouldn't recommend this approach to anyone, it doesn't seem like a healthy way to live, or to eat.

I'd guess it is where the diet is mostly rice. Rice isn't that bad for you, but it is pretty high in carbs so should be eaten in moderation. Brown rice is better for you then white rice.

That would be a very stupid diet Yep.. not only would you starve, but your body would lack all minerals and vitamins needed to live.

i hope not. im not sure but i do know that rice is full of carbs.
