I had a baby 10 months ago. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy. Within two weeks after giving birth I had lost 25 lbs. However, I have only lost 10 lbs since then. I still need to lose 15 lbs and have a goal of losing it by my sons 1st birthday (August 17). The problem is, I am not losing weight! I have been going to the gym and eating healthier for about two months. I haven't been as steady at going to the gym as I should be, but I try to go 3 to 4 times a week and work out for at least 40 minutes. I do cardio at the gym and I do strength training at home. (I feel self conscious using the weight machines at the gym, I know that's stupid and I need to get over it.) I have only lost 2 pounds in 2 months! I hate it... Pre-pregnancy I was 115, so that is my goal. I need an emphasis on my legs and butt. Do you have any sugestions, programs, foods to boost my metabolism, etc...that will help me lose 15 pounds in 2 months? That is realistic right? about 2 lbs per week...

if you already maintain good diet then try changing your cardio routine.
maybe increase the intensity or time or difficulty level or try completely something new cardio... maybe start riding bike or do elliptical or stair master. if you already do some of these then try combining them in a day's workout
