I just read into a book that during the meals we are not allowed to drink anything.It also says there that we should consider soup, tea and natural fruit juice as food and have it only as a meal. The same book says that we should only drink water between the meals. That means: drink only water and eat nothing between meals and if you want tea and soup and juice get together with food at the table. Now what do you know about this?

I heard that it is not good to use the machines that we have at home to make some exercises just a few minutes before going to bed.For example, if one has a bycicle at home, he or she should practice latest one hour before going to bed. Is that true?What do you know about that?

does anyone know how i can lose 20lbs by aug 20th?!!!i was gunna do the whole no sugar or carbs diet thing but basically EVERYTHING has either sugar or carbs so thats not gunna work!!but i wanna lose 20lbs and if thats not possible then at least 15lbs

what can i do to lose 20 pounds in eaxactly 2 months?
is it possible if i cut out my fatty food intake and

*dont drink soda
*exersise & lose arounds 700 cals a day
*eat smaller portions as well as
*veggies and fruits as a regular snack?

Whenerver i jog or use the elliptical my heart rate shows anything between 160-170. its usually is in the "above " marking. Is that ok or dangerous? i jog for about 10-15 minutes and brisk walk for about 10 mins

Im a 22 yr old female and I want to start doing weights........ I dont want to get too buff, but I want noticeable muscles in my arms and a nice toned back. What kind of weight training should I doto target these areas without making my back wider or bigger..... and which ones should I avoid? I would also like to work my chest muscles (the ones they say will lift your boobs up) without making my back wide...... thanks for suggestions....

Everytime I go to a store with those carts some lard a** is in one with the basket full of junk food. This irritates me. If they quit eating like that and got out of that cart and walked they wouldn't be so fat.
I know there are some legitimate people in them, but the ones with the basket full of candy should lose the priviledge. They are women usually too. Push yourself away from the table, quit eating all that candy...get up and walk, and give them poor carts a break. You will feel better and look, ...well maybe not.

To rotate between lifting free weights and walking the trend mill, is there any other routines I should do? I walk and cycle, swimming laps, anything would be appriciated.

Due to a heart condition and medication I was on in middle school, I wasn't as active as I had wished to be. Now that I've had heart surgery and am off medication, I really want to work on my endurance (which is pretty bad...i do a 12 minute mile on a GOOD day...) . How should I go about improving this? How often, how long, etc. should I run, and for what distance? How much should I increase it every day? I'm open to ANY suggestions!
