Eat Healthy and in small portions (do not eat to feel overfull),
Drink Lots of Sugar Free drinks mainly Water,
and Run also Power Walk every day for at the least 30 minutes.
You're already at a healthy weight range, so you'll be flat in no time!!
And as a bonus you'll have toned up legs!!!

FIRST OF ALL LET ME START OFF BY SAYING IT IS NOT "STOMIC",IT IS SPELLED STOMACHE.TO GET YOUR STOMACHE FLAT IN A QUICK AMOUNT OF TIME,YOU WILL HAVE TO DEFINITELY PUT YOUR MIND TO IT AND STAY FOCUSED ON KEEPING IT FLAT.DO EXERCISE EVERYDAY AT LEAST 30 MINUTES A DAY,INSTEAD OF EATING SO MUCH JUNK FOOD-TRY EATING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES IN EXCHANGE.PLUS INSTEAD OF EATING LARGE AMOUNTS OF FOOD,TRY EATING AT LEAST 4-5 SMALL MEALS A DAY.THIS IS SO EASY AND NOT MUCH TO DO BUT IT WILL GIVE YOU A HEAD START ON LOSING THEM POUNDS.SIT-UPS ARE A GREAT START TOO!GOOD LUCK ON THAT FLAT TUMMY.

Most everyone has a pudgy stomach. To flatten it out just suck it in like the rest of us.
