Virgin coconut oil can be used for hot oil or just simply applying it to your hair before shampooing and conditioning. It will make your hair smooth and it will thicken-up the strands of your hair, therefore making it so lustrous and super healthy. It also prevent split-ends.

VCO is a great skin moisturizer. I use it for my son's eczema. It has a very faint smell to it. Also, I have read that 1 tablespoon a day is suppose to help lose weight especially if you have an underactive thyroid. You can cook or fry foods in it and it is a "good" fat.
