When I do any kind of exercise that involves jumping, I get a burning feeling in my sides, ribs, and upper chest (meaning it feels like something's lodged in my trachea). I've tried working through it, hoping it would go away eventually, but it doesn't. This is NOT normal working-your-muscles kind of pain. Does anyone know why it happens and how I can stop it?

I need to lose as much fat as possible in a month. I have a weight machine, it's ok if I build muscle I just need to lose fat. What is the quickest way to lose fat and gain muscle within a month? i weight 123 and im about 5'6 i wanna loose 20 lbs....but like grr...i hate my body...i have an hourglass body and really big boobs D almost DDs. i wanna loose 20 lbsreally bad....i jog a mile everyday and workout for an at least an hour. idont eat much at all but when i do i tend to eat carbs...which is bad.... ive been swimming more often...umm...anymore sugestions on how i can loose weight?
